DON'T GET DIVORCED!!!! RENEW YOUR MIND!!!!!

DON'T GET DIVORCED!!! GOD HATES DIVORCE!!!

DIVORCING YOUR SPOUSE IS BREAKING A PROMISE THAT YOU WOULDN'T BREAK THE MARRIAGE COVENANT.

Why do we pray Gods Will in our lives then go blatantly against what He COMMANDS us to do.
God says “…….let no man put asunder”. That means NO man. You or I included! Spouses included!

Why do we make a serious binding covenant with Him, then break it for lack of trying to make things right. We are filled with selfish excuses. We make reality and our promise to God a worthless joke.

GOD IS NOT MOCKED

We must be complete idiots to go against Gods instruction. Yes there are consequences going against Gods instruction. He is not mocked. He warns us. Nevertheless, who in their right mind would want to go against Him. That is like saying; “I know better God….You don’t know the circumstances, there is more to it than that……but look what she/he did to me….but God….but God…..”

Those are insults to a mighty God. How can we do this so easily. Don’t we know Him? Did we not make another promise to God when He, by His awesome Grace, saved us into His salvation, that we would honour Him, change, renew our minds, become righteous for His sake?

WEEK PROMISES TO A GREAT GOD

The problem in most marriages today stems from the week promises couples make to God at the ceremony, and to one another. If two people really loved one another, believe this; they would NEVER divorce. God did not plan failed marriages. He planned wonderful relationships for married couples.

IF YOU LOVE JESUS….YOU’LL NEVER DIVORCE

Get ready…..Here it comes; IF you really love Jesus (God) you would never divorce. You would have a totally different frame of mind and you would be a blessing to God, His creation and His cause, in your marriage covenant with Him and your spouse.

PSALM1:1

Do not let any person, not your mother father, sister, brother, child, friend, Pastor, Priest, Minister convince you that you have grounds for divorce. If you are a true Christian serving the Most High God, you can and will have a marvellous, rewarding and beautiful marriage the way God intended it to be.

God says He is your counsellor, don’t listen to man. Man has fallen since Adam and Eve. Listen to God. Search your heart. Repent before God. Cleave to your spouse. Whatever the outcome, God can and will deal with it if you allow Him.

DO YOU TRUST GOD… REALLY?

You may think the consequences will be too severe. Wrong. NO consequence could be too severe. God has His plan and there is likely to be breakthroughs as a result. All things work for the goodness of all God says. Know the scripture?

DON'T TRUST MAN

Trust God, not yourself. Don’t try to bend Gods Word to suite yourself (especially not for others) Let God have His way. Be in His perfect will and see how your life changes. Put pride down once and for always.

Move away from mans trust, move to God. Be humble, strong and faithful for God. Be a true child of the Living God. Don’t listen to ANY man.........listen to GOD!!

WHAT WE WANT TO HEAR
2Ti_4:3  The time will come when people will not listen to sound doctrine, but will follow their own desires and will collect for themselves more and more teachers who will tell them what they are itching to hear.

GNB
Rom 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, pleasing to God, which is your reasonable service.

Mal 2:13  This is another thing you do. You drown the LORD's altar with tears, weeping and wailing because he no longer accepts the offerings you bring him.
Mat_5:33  "You have also heard that people were told in the past, 'Do not break your promise, but do what you have vowed to the Lord to do.'

Ecc_5:4  So when you make a promise to God, keep it as quickly as possible. He has no use for a fool. Do what you promise to do.
Ecc_5:5  Better not to promise at all than to make a promise and not keep it.

GOD HATES DIVORCE
Mal 2:14  You ask why he no longer accepts them. It is because he knows you have broken your promise to the wife you married when you were young. She was your partner, and you have broken your promise to her, although you promised before God that you would be faithful to her.
Mal 2:15  Didn't God make you one body and spirit with her? What was his purpose in this? It was that you should have children who are truly God's people. So make sure that none of you breaks his promise to his wife. (and vise verse)
Mal 2:16  "I hate divorce," says the LORD God of Israel. "I hate it when one of you does such a cruel thing to his wife. Make sure that you do not break your promise to be faithful to your wife."
Mal 2:17  You have tired the LORD out with your talk. But you ask, "How have we tired him?" By saying, "The LORD Almighty thinks all evildoers are good; in fact he likes them." Or by asking, "Where is the God who is supposed to be just?"

It seems God has to repeat Himself to get a simple instruction obeyed!!

Are you serious in your relation ship with God????

Mat 6:33  But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
Luke_10:27 And answering, he said, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.

Are you Really Walking Sincerely with God?

Examine your walk with God.

Right now I am sitting in front of my PC wondering at the Awesome gift of "love feeling" God gave us to experience as He does for us.

It is such an incredible feeling to be able to LOVE in the real sense. People who do not experience this incredible gift are missing a VITAL part of God's Grace.

How much LOVE I have to give is SO wonderful to feel! Only when you are honest with yourself can you experience this incredible gift from God.

Are you Honest with yourself?
Are you really walking sincerely with God or do you take His relationship and His death on the Cross for granted?

Being a Disciple of God is a serious self commitment. It is not a commitment based on "oh well, I Love The Lord and I love Jesus" There is no love if there is no action, living proof, as Jesus portrayed on the Cross.

What good is it if we say we love someone and never show it.?  True (real) love as the word implies can never be changed or broken. Real Love is far too powerful to be broken.

If love is broken it was not love as God means in the word love. God does not use the words "true love", He simply uses the word "love" and He tells us to know or to find out the meaning of it.

God also tells us to meditate on His Word, meaning we should study the power of each Word. A dictionary is a great means to discover the depth of words. Therefore, sow God's Seeds, good seeds, in to your life.

Don't think of your pleasures and comfort zones only, think of ways you can serve God. He expects us to make sacrifices and serve Him and others. Serving is one of the key actions God expects from us. " Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. (Galatians 6:7).

Are you sure to the point of giving your life, that you are walking in God's Will?
Or are you pretending to yourself you are pleasing God, knowing full well deep in your spirit that you are pleasing yourself first, before God.

A great Video about His Love for us

Be honest with God, be honest with yourself.

Ask God in Prayer and ask yourself:
Am I living my life for God or myself?
Am i in-line with what God tells me to do, or am I doing it my way and seeking human justification and not God's?

Have you read and meditated on God's Will?
Are you completely sure you are IN His Will?

The apostle Paul writes in I Corinthians 11:28-30: (From Bible Tools.Org)
But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep.
Can you discern what God is saying here?
God is saying we must examine ourselves. We must be aware of what we are doing and we must not try to hide (it) from Him.

I keep saying; God's Word is very clear, because it is. There is no excuse for us not to understand what He is telling us. We try to shift His Paradigm to suite ourselves in most things in our lives on a daily basis feigning ignorance.

Our commitment is to God. Not to man or to ourselves. Serving God is "Serving His Will" Sacrificing our own desires to get closer to Him.

Paul advises in Galatians 6:3-4: "For if anyone thinks himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself. But let each one examine his own work, and then he will have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another." The Greek word for examine here is dokîmázô, which means, according to Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament Words, "'to test, prove,' with the expectation of approving." It can also indicate "to discern" or "to distinguish," suggesting proving whether a thing is worthy or not.

Make right what you know you must. Don't put it off. Show God you really love Him and be obedient to HIM, not to yourself, or other people.

Don't use your own Wisdom, it will fail you, God's Wisdom is grater and without it God warns us there is great danger ahead.
