Marriage and The Power in it
Marriage has God ordained power and that is why satan does whatever he can to destroy marriages.
Marriage is a building block of a nation and it is so important that it's covenant is witnessed by God Himself.
In 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, Paul told us that our bodies were not our own, but that we had been bought at a price. Once again in chapter 7, he reminds each of us that when we marry, our body is not our own, it belongs to our spouse. We are to use our bodies to bless, please, and bring fulfillment to our marriage partner. This is crucial to our marriage relationship and also to please God!

So much can be attributed to this. No wonder God commands us to submit to one another. His Word carries such Power and Reward.

But only if you read and digest it into your heart, so it can bear fruit in your spirit, and give God Glory.
It Sows:
Love, submission, proof, security, health, a willing heart, self respect, spouse respect, bonding, trust, humility acceptance, motivation, happiness, joy, peace, faith, willingness, fruitfulness, enjoyment, honour, balance, truth, openness, faithfulness, self-control, upliftment, understanding, commitment, strength, honesty, cleaving, happy children, happy homes, focus,……………….. And a LOT more.
What gifts…..and we don’t meditate on His Word to allow it to bring forth His fruit.
It removes:
Doubt, insecurity, hate, pride, unhappiness, hardness of the heart, spite, sorrow, fear, lies, sickness, death, ill-temperedness, moodiness, sulking, pain, temptation, weakness, deceit, resentment, offensiveness, gossip, divorce, slander, revenge, regret, suspicion, lack of self-control, separation, broken homes, unbalanced children……………..And a LOT more.
If we treated our spouses as we would treat Jesus……what a difference we would see.

The wife's body does not belong to her alone but also to her husband. In the same way, the husband's body does not belong to him alone but also to his wife. Do not deprive each other except by mutual consent and for a time, so that you may devote yourselves to prayer. Then come together again so that Satan will not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. — 1 Corinthians 7:4-5
God made the man the high priest of the home. He made the woman to help the man. He made the man accountable for the wife to remain submissive. He did not make the woman accountable in the marriage, but the man He did. That is why the woman is supposed to be submissive and play the role God created her for. God created the format for an extremely important purpose.
God does not give woman the authority to take command over the marriage and that applies to all things in the marriage. God did not make a list of exceptions or reasons for women to become liberated. The man is the head of the home. God has made it quite clear on this matter.
Dominating or domineering women who try to commandeer a home or marriage are in a state of rebellion and are not submissive to God's Word.

After creating Adam, God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him" (Genesis 2:18).
God then formed a woman from Adam's body to be his female complement. Together, they were a unit—the first family.
Proverbs 18:22 explains, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord." Here we see that not only is traditional marriage something "good," it is also a way to obtain God's "favor." God sanctions no other kind of marriage relationship between human beings. And why is He so set on this institution? Because "He seeks godly offspring" (Malachi 2:15).
Paul relates marriage to the love that Jesus has for the Church.Marriage is build on the same love, the same covenant.
After a discussion of the roles of husbands and wives within marriage, the apostle Paul noted, "This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church" (Ephesians 5:22-32).
It is within this one-man-with-one-woman relationship that we can glimpse the special love Christ has for the Church.
We should honour God the way He expects us to and take His Word and Instruction more seriously. Unfortunately we only do what pleases us, and we fall short of our honour to God.
God warns us that we will become like this, especially in the End Times.
I started dating when I was incredibly young. I was 19 years old when we first began to show interest in Ron. Thern was 25 and basically ready for marriage. I was ready to explore college life. Neither of us were Christians, but both of us enjoyed our friendship and what became a romantic relationship—except it was not a good or healthy relationship because Ron was having an affair with my friend Ela. My immaturity and desire to explore didn’t match his readiness for marriage. We tried twice at engagement and broke it off twice. Both heartbroken by sin and what seemed like the end, we parted ways.
